1. Our 30-Day Return Policy

You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to return or exchange products. To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition as when you received them
  • In the original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and components
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation email or receipt)

2. Return Options

Full Refund

If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for a full refund of the product price. Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

Product Exchange

If you'd like to exchange your product for a different item or variant, we're happy to arrange this. Simply contact us and we'll guide you through the exchange process. If there's a price difference, we'll either charge or refund the difference accordingly.

3. Return Shipping Costs

Change of Mind Returns

If you're returning a product because you've changed your mind or the product wasn't what you expected, you are responsible for the return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.

Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a product that is damaged, faulty, or not as described, we will cover all return shipping costs. Simply contact us within 30 days, and we'll provide a prepaid return label or arrange collection at no cost to you.

4. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

Step 2: We'll review your request and provide you with return instructions and the return address.

Step 3: Pack the item securely in its original packaging and ship it to us using the provided instructions.

Step 4: Once we receive and inspect the item, we'll process your refund or exchange.

Please do not send items back without first contacting us, as this may delay processing your return.

5. Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email about the status of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method. Please allow 7 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or card issuer.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (damaged, faulty, or incorrect item).

6. Damaged or Faulty Items

We take great care in packaging your orders, but occasionally items may arrive damaged or develop a fault. If this happens:

Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving a damaged item, including photos of the damage and packaging.

Faulty Products

If a product develops a fault within 30 days, contact us with details and photos of the issue.

Resolution Options

7. Non-Returnable Items
