Shipping Policy
At Morivin, we're committed to getting your garden tools to you as quickly and safely as possible. Here's everything you need to know about delivery, costs, and what to expect when you order.
1. Delivery Area
We currently deliver to all addresses within the United Kingdom, including:
- England
- Scotland
- Wales
- Northern Ireland
- Channel Islands
- Isle of Man
We do not currently ship internationally. If you're outside the UK and interested in our products, please contact us to discuss options.
2. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays).
Order Cut-Off Time: 2:00 PM GMT
Orders placed before 2:00 PM GMT (Monday to Friday) will begin processing the same business day.
Orders placed after 2:00 PM GMT or on weekends/bank holidays will begin processing the next business day.
During peak periods (such as bank holidays or promotional events), processing may take slightly longer. We'll notify you if there are any significant delays.
3. Delivery Time
Once your order has been dispatched, delivery typically takes 5-7 business days.
Total estimated delivery time: 6-10 business days from order placement.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Factors outside our control, such as weather conditions, carrier delays, or high demand periods, may occasionally affect delivery times.
4. Our Fulfillment Model
To provide you with the best value and service, Morivin uses a direct-to-customer fulfillment model. Here's how it works:
What This Means
- I source premium garden tools from carefully vetted international suppliers
- When you order, I arrange for the product to be shipped directly to your UK address
- I personally handle all customer service, quality assurance, and support
- This model allows me to offer competitive prices while maintaining excellent service

5. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order value. We regularly offer free shipping promotions – check our website for current offers.
6. Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing:
- Your tracking number
- A link to track your parcel
- Estimated delivery date
You can use this information to monitor your delivery status at any time. If you haven't received tracking information within 4 business days of placing your order, please contact us.
7. Delivery Process
Our delivery partners will attempt to deliver your parcel to the address you provided at checkout. Depending on the carrier and your location:
- Parcels may require a signature upon delivery
- If you're not home, the carrier may leave your parcel in a safe place, with a neighbour, or at a local collection point
- A card will be left with instructions if delivery cannot be completed
Please ensure your delivery address is complete and accurate, including any flat numbers, business names, or delivery instructions that may help the courier.
8. Delivery to Scottish Highlands, Islands & Remote Areas
Deliveries to the Scottish Highlands, Scottish Islands, Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, Isle of Man, and other remote areas may take an additional 2-3 business days. We'll do our best to keep you informed of any expected delays.
9. Failed Delivery Attempts
If the carrier is unable to deliver your parcel after multiple attempts, it may be returned to us. In this case, we'll contact you to arrange redelivery. Additional shipping charges may apply for redelivery.
We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer, or for orders that are undeliverable due to incomplete address information.
10. Missing or Lost Parcels
If your order hasn't arrived within 14 business days of the dispatch date, please contact us immediately. We will investigate with the carrier and work to resolve the issue, either by locating your parcel, arranging a replacement, or providing a refund.
11. Damaged Parcels
If your parcel arrives visibly damaged:
- Take photos of the packaging and any damage before opening
- Open the parcel carefully and check the contents
- Contact us within 48 hours with photos and your order number
We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you. Please see our Refund and Returns Policy for more details.
12. Order Changes and Cancellations
If you need to change your delivery address or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible.
- Before dispatch: We can usually accommodate changes or cancellations
- After dispatch: Changes may not be possible, but we'll do our best to help
